Decision of the President of the Communications Regulatory Authority No. (10) of 2021 Issuing the Order to Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. on the Elimination of Illegal Discounts as part of the Tariffs B14-01, B15-01 and B18-01

The Elimination of Illegal Discounts as part of the Tariffs B14-01, B15-01 and B18-01 is approved as set out in the Order attached (ref: CRARAC 2021/04/04-B, ("Order")).

Description of the Elimination of Illegal Discounts Tariff:

- All customers subscribed to Ooredoo’s national fixed business connectivity services on and before December 31, 2020 (Eligible Customers) will be eligible for up to 70% discount on their fixed connectivity tariff (National IP VPN, Ethernet VPN and/or Business Internet). Customers can contact their Account Manager to check for their eligibility.

- For avoidance of doubt the above discount benefits shall be permanent for the Eligible Customers, however the offer is not:

• Available to any new customers; and
• Valid for new numbers, upgrades, downgrades, or renewals of the Eligible Customers where current notified applicable tariffs shall apply.
