Financial Sanctions Committee Decision No. (7) regard to refusal to provide information and submit a tariff on Dark Fiber services

FSC Impose the following penalties:

1- An amount of (100,000QAR) Qatari riyals in penalty for Violation instructions of non-competitive practices.

2- An amount of (500,000QAR) Qatari riyals in penalty for providing false or misleading information.

The total amount of the financial penalty: (600,000 QAR) Qatari riyals.
