Guidelines for Aeronautical Radio Spectrum Licenses 1 February 2014

A set of internatinally agreed guidelines that pertain to aeronautical radio communication that involves the communication between aeronautical stations and aircraft stations, or between aircraft stations relating to safety and regularity of flight, primarily along national or international civil air routes.
