Passive Fixed Telecommunications Networks and Services License to QNBN

The Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology (ictQATAR) issued on 22 July 2012 an individual license for “Passive Fixed Telecommunications Networks and Services” to the state owned Qatar National Broadband Network Company (Q.NBN) in the State of Qatar. The License is valid for 25 years beginning the Effective Date i.e. the date of grant of the License. Prior to this License, ictQATAR issued an Authorization to Q.NBN on 14 July 2011 which has been revoked and stands void with the issuance of this License.
