The RTI sets out the procedures and requirements that apply under the ARF in relation to Retail Offers. The RTI applies to individually licensed Service Providers (“SPs” or “Licensees”) who offer Telecommunication Services to the public, both DSPs and non-DSPs. The objective of this document is to provide guidance to current and future SPs in addressing Customers’ needs in relation to Telecommunications Services.
