QTel Ooredoo Transitional Public Network Spectrum License D17

This document is the Radio Spectrum License granted by ictQATAR to Qatar Telecom Q.S.C. (Qtel) which gives them the right to use the assigned frequency bands for Qatar CableVision, Earth Stations, Wi-Fi, Analog Subscriber Radios and Coastal Stations in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License and its Schedules, the terms and conditions of the holder's related License for the Provision of Public Fixed Telecommunications Networks and Services ("Individual License"), applicable legislation and international treaties and regulations concerning radio spectrum, and any regulations, decisions, orders, rules, instructions or notices issued by ictQATAR.
