The below list of Technical Specifications aims to provide a detailed, comprehensive outline of the stringent technical standards that (qualified) trust service providers, must meet to ensure their services are secure, reliable, and trustworthy. These standards will be established with reference to practices and specifications recommended by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
The below Technical Specifications cover various aspects of the trust services framework, such as (qualified) electronic signatures, (qualified) electronic seals, qualified time stamping, the remote creation of qualified electronic signature, qualified registered electronic delivery services, website authentication, and more. The intention of those Technical Specifications is to provide clear, comprehensive guidance to aid (qualified) trust service providers in achieving and maintaining compliance. This will ensure that the services they offer align with the highest standards of security, transparency, and reliability to instill confidence amongst end-users.
