CRA Compliance Framework

The publication of the Compliance Framework is in line with CRA’s transparency and accountability policies and principles. It will help the Service Providers and other stakeholders better understand the policies and procedures followed by CRA in monitoring the compliance of all relevant parties with the terms and conditions of the Applicable Regulatory Framework.

This document includes:

• An overview of the CRA’s Compliance Framework;
• The roles and responsibilities of different Departments/Units in carrying out work to ensure compliance;
