The document on this page contains the Dispute Resolution Procedures published by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) in February 2015 replacing the Dispute Resolution Rules issued in 2010. The Procedures provide an effective mechanism in handling disputes on access and interconnection related disputes among service providers and between service providers and their stakeholders.  The document generally sets out:

  • The form and manner in which a dispute may  be referred to CRA
  • The information that CRA expects to receive during the course of the proceedings 
  • The process for investigation and conclusion of a dispute
  • The remedies available to CRA
