Final Consultation Document for QNBN License - Qualifying Persons

ictQATAR launched a public consultation following a request from QNBN to authorize various entities as Qualifying Persons as defined in the QNBN license. The consultation was launched on March 19, 2013 and closed on April 9, 2013.
