Regulatory Instruction to Service Providers Developers and Building Owners

This document sets out the principles and rules to be followed for the installation, operations and access by licensed telecommunications networks and Service Providers to any telecommunications facilities, services and physical infrastructure for telecommunications networks and services throughout the State of Qatar. This Instruction is directed towards any authorized and/or licensed Service Providers to the public intending to roll a network and/or provide services to the public in Qatar. Moreover, the Instruction shall also apply to all the developers of housing and public infrastructure as well as to building owners in the country.
