The purpose of this document is to establish and to set common standards and requirements that is in line with those that globally implemented as “best practice” standards. These set standards shall be applied by all third parties who are involved in planning, design, construction, and installation of telecommunications ducts.
These standards shall be applied to a Government telecom network of underground ducts to be constructed to enable the Licensed Service Providers to interconnect with their existing networks or the connection of any customer to the Licensed Service Providers network using optical fiber cable in order to provide services from simple telephony to high-speed data.8372464 KB
