CRA publishes Qatar National Frequency Allocation Table (QNFAT)

QNFAT shows the distribution of different radiocommunication services for each frequency band

The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA), in coordination with the Qatar National Spectrum Coordination Committee (QNSCC), has issued  the National Frequency Allocation Table (QNFAT) for the State of Qatar to provide a transparent, non-discriminatory and predictable approach to spectrum management and to reserve appropriate spectrum for future innovative technologies.

The QNFAT is issued in accordance with  Decree Law No. (34) of 2006 on the promulgation of the Telecommunications Law and the Executive By-Law for the Telecommunications Law as well as the Radio Spectrum Policy.

The QNFAT is subject to periodical revisions in conformity with requirements which are imposed by new national and international regulations which refer to allocation of frequency bands.
