Following the public consultation conducted during February and March 2022, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is publishing herein a revised version of the “Class License to Own and/or Operate a Private Telecommunications Network”.

CRA has taken relevant comments received during the public consultation into consideration when preparing the revised Class License.

This revised Class License supersedes all previous versions and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
