Decision of the President of the Communications Regulatory Authority No. 7 of 2016 Promulgating the Template Standard Access Offer (Passive Infrastructure)
The Template Standard Access Offer (Passive Civil Infrastructure) has to be complied with by all public and private entities, including real estate developers, government bodies, and non-government organizations that control access to any passive civil infrastructure required to roll telecom networks. The template offer aims at facilitating negotiations and harmonizing processes related to the access by licensed Service Providers to such infrastructure. The template will also facilitate compliance with the requirements of the Passive Civil Infrastructure Regulation, issued by President of CRA Decision No. (3) of 2015.
