Decision of the President of the Communications Regulatory Authority No. (2) of 2021 issuing the “Instruction on the Calculation and Payment of the License Fee and Industry Fee”

This Instruction sets out the rules, procedures and timelines for the calculation and payment of the Annual License Fee and Industry Fee.

The Instruction includes:

1) Description of the License fee and Industry fee;

2) Rules and methodology for the calculation of these fees;

3) Payment method and procedures;

4) Deadline for the payment of these fees;

5) Documentation required to be submitted in support of the relevant fee payment; and

6) Compliance and enforcement measures.
