On 23 April 2007, ictQATAR also announced the launch of the formal selection process for the grant of the Q2 Mobile License (the “Mobile Licensing Process”), consisting of two principal phases: (1) the Pre-Qualification Phase; and (2) the Application Phase. This document sets out the requirements, procedures, timetable and other terms and conditions applicable to pre-qualified candidates proposing to participate in the Application Phase for the grant of the Q2 Mobile License (each an “Applicant”)
