Resale Class License 10 July 2011 Amended 29 September 2013

The class license for resale of telecom services enables hotels, public call offices, Internet cafes, wireless Internet zones, and Data Centers to resell telecommunications services on a non-exclusive basis. The parties can resell all types of telecommunications services acquired from any individual public telecommunications operator licensed in Qatar. The parties must notify ictQATAR prior to offering such services.
