Standard Access Offer for Developers

On March 8, 2016, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) launched a public consultation on the draft “Standard Access Offer for Developers” requesting written comments from interested parties.

Responses were received in response to the consultation document issued by the CRA, from the following parties:

1.  Ooredoo

2.  Qnbn

3.  Vodafone Qatar

4.  Lusail Qatar

5.  Hamad International Airport

As part of the consultation process and in the interest of transparency and public accountability, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has reviewed the responses from the interested parties. The CRA has now prepared a further “Response Document” which contains a review of all the responses received from the parties listed above.

The CRA is now publishing a revised draft of the consultation document.

All interested parties are invited to provide their views and comments on the revised draft of the Standard Access Offer for Developers. Comments on this draft is due by no later than August 15, 2016 to the following e-mail address:
