QTel Ooredoo Public Network Spectrum License D6

This document is the Radio Spectrum License granted by ictQATAR to Qatar Telecom Q. S. C. (Qtel) which gives them the right to use the assigned frequencies within the bands (638.00 – 646.00 MHz Band) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License and its Schedules, the terms and conditions of the holder's related License for the Provision of Public Mobile Telecommunications Networks and Services ("Individual License"), applicable legislation and international treaties and regulations concerning radio spectrum, and any regulations, decisions, orders, rules, instructions or notices issued by ictQATAR.
