Law No. 26 of 2005 promulgating the Tenders and Bids Regulatory
This Law regulates tenders and auctions for all ministries, other prospective governmental bodies, and all public institutions and authorities, provided that these provisions do not conflict with the laws and decisions establishing such entities.
