The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) conducted during February and March 2022 a public consultation on the proposed amendments to the “Class License to Own and/or Operate a Private Telecommunications Network” and “Class License for the Resale of Retail Telecommunications Services”.

This document includes a summary of the comments received and CRA’s responses.

CRA has taken relevant comments received during the public consultation into consideration when preparing the two revised Class Licenses.
