First Quality of Service Report of Qtel and Vodafone

The Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology (ictQATAR) will regularly publish Quality of Service(QoS) reports provided by the licensed telecommunications service providers Qtel and Vodafone. The QoS reports indicate each operators level of compliance with regards to their quality of service obligations as set forth in their licenses. Telecommunications Law No. 34 of 2006 sets for the mandate for ictQATAR to safeguard the interest of telecoms consumers, including the setting of rules and criteria for QoS and procedures for QoS monitoring and compliance.
