The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is pleased to publish the Guidelines for Managing Spectrum Interference. This document defines the procedures and mechanism adopted by the CRA to efficiently manage and respond to harmful interference complaints, submitted by the Spectrum Licensees, and to ensure that compliance resources are effectively utilized, in order to mitigate the interference and for the provision of interference free spectrum to authorized users / Spectrum Licensees. It also provides guidance to the parties involved in an interference complaint, including licensees and any third party service providers, about how to respond to interference issues and amicably agree to timely and fair resolution to their interference dispute.
