Instructions on the Methodology and Timelines of Annual License and Industry Fees Payments

This instructions document sets out the principles and rules for licensed operators in the State of Qatar for the calculation and payment of the License Fee (or Authorization Fee) and Industry Fee as described in Annexure “Fees and Contributions” of the Licenses and Authorizations. The intention of these instructions is to clarify which revenues and costs are to be taken into account when calculating the Industry Fee and Licence Fee. The instructions also clarify the timelines for payments and the necessary documentation. These instructions do not change or affect the percentage of the License Fee (1% of the Net Revenue) or the Industry Fee (12.5% of the Net Profit).
