Retail Tariff Instruction

The Retail Tariff Instruction document outlines the general rules and process for approval of all retail tariffs  - including permanent and promotional offers - and how these rules apply to Dominant Service Providers and Non-Dominant Service Providers. This Instruction applies to all Individually Licensed Service Providers, offering Telecommunication Services to the public and is effective immediately.
