This document is a copy of the official and sealed license granted by ictQATAR to QSAT Communications W.L.L on 22 December 2010 to provide Authorized Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Networks and Services, as part of the process of liberalizing the telecommunications sector. The issuance of this license followed an open and transparent VSAT licensing process conducted in 2009 and 2010 and which included a public consultation, the pre-qualification phase and the license application phase.
