CRA President Discuss with the Secretary-General of the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization Aspects of the Bilateral Cooperation

His Excellency Mohammed Ali Al-Mannai, President of the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) met today at CRA office, with the Engineer Mohamed Ben Amor, Secretary-General of the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization (AICTO), and discussed aspects of future bilateral cooperation between CRA and AICTO in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT).

The meeting comes in line with CRA’s aim to communicate with related Arab and international organizations, in order to exchange experiences and keep up with the latest developments in the field, which in turn will contribute to the development of Qatar’s ICT sector.

AICTO is an Arab governmental organization, headquartered in Tunis, the capital of the Republic of Tunisia, and working under the aegis of the league of Arab States. It aims at developing ICTs throughout the Arab region and providing the necessary mechanisms to support cooperation and complementarity between AICTO members, promote, and enrich common policies and strategies to develop vital technological domains.
