Decision of the President of the Communications Regulatory Authority No. (4) of 2021 Issuing the Order to Ooredoo Qatar Q.P.S.C. on Consumer Fiber Broadband Services (Tariff C05-02)

The Bespoke Tariff No. 1 of 2021 as outlined in the Tariff Consumer Fiber Broadband Services (Tariff C05-02) is approved as set out in the Order attached (ref: CRARAC 2021/03/04) "Order".

On January 19, 2021, Ooredoo Qatar Q.P.S.C. submitted a Tariff Filing asking the CRA to approve Bespoke Tariff No. 1 of 2021 (“Bespoke Tariff”) as part of the Tariff - Consumer Fiber Broadband Services (Tariff C05-02, “Tariff”).

The Tariff Filing applied to 960 residential connections within a property operated by an Ooredoo Qatar Q.P.S.C. business customer. The offer was for a monthly recurring charge rate of QAR 210 for 50 Mbps fiber broadband service. After a review the CRA found the Tariff to be a Standard Permanent Tariff and not a Bespoke Tariff.
