Order to Vodafone PQSC

Communications Regulatory Authority (“CRA”) has notified by Vodafone Qatar of the intent of Vodafone Group PLC and Qatar Foundation to enter into an agreement to Change the Control of Vodafone Qatar.

The CRA considered the submitted documents and studied the impact of the transaction on the Consumer and the Market. Therefore, CRA approved the transaction and issued an Order regarding the Change of Control of Vodafone Qatar.
