The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) in the state of Qatar established by virtue of Emiri Decree (42) in 2014 is in mandate to setting rules and criteria for Quality of Service (QoS), as well as procedures for monitoring and compliance of QoS criteria. Through this audit, CRA strives to safeguard the interests of telecoms consumers in Qatar.
Accordingly, CRA conducted network audit in 2017 to evaluate and benchmark the coverage and quality of service levels offered by the Mobile Service Providers Ooredoo and Vodafone, The audit conducted from May 2017 to December 2017.
