On August 27, 2020, Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. (“Ooredoo”) submitted a Tariff Filing asking the CRA to approve the Business Fiber Broadband Backup Service (“Service”) as part of the Tariff - Business Fiber Broadband Services (Tariff B30-02, “Tariff”).
The Business Fiber Broadband Backup Service is a fixed only service that in a case of outage of a business customer’s primary fiber service applies a fixed backup broadband service via a 4G SIM card located in the customers fixed broadband router.
